Logo Design
2022
Nandita, the visionary behind the brand, has become a close associate over the past couple of years. It was an absolute delight to work on revamping the brand logo after working with her on website design and several photography projects.
Using intricate line drawings in a single colour evokes a sense of simplicity and a connection to nature. Initially, we aimed for an organic and floral logo design illustrating indigenous flowers from Shimla, capturing the essence of life in a hillside artistic studio surrounded by beauty. For the final logo, a bold illustration of Paaro, a tigress living in Jim Corbett National Park, was the main focus, evoking the untamed spirit of the wilderness.

Print Development
2019 - 2021
We designed prints for White Hill Studio’s tableware collection, which included dinner plates, appetiser plates, cups, bowls, tumblers, and platters. The prints were whimsical and highlighted life’s everyday simplicity, warmth, and understated beauty in the mountains.
For the Postcards from Shimla collection, we illustrated flowers and fruits found in Shimla, such as plums, peaches, anemones, clovers, potato creepers, and salvia. The illustrations were intricate and densely covered the products. We also combined multiple illustrations to evoke a sense of wilderness.
The Paaro collection captures the life of tigress Paarwali residing in Jim Corbett National Park. A tiger/tigress is recognised by its stripes and we honoured this in our rendering of Paaro.
